Welcome to Folyah! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Folyah mobile application ("the App") provided by the independent developer ("the Developer"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Folyah is a tool for managing pet profiles, including health records, identification information (Microchip ID), and general notes. It is designed to help owners organize their pets' lives.

2. Medical Disclaimer (Critical)

Folyah IS NOT A VETERINARY SERVICE. All information provided through the App is for organizational and informational purposes only.

The App does not provide professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Assumption of Risk: You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of vaccination dates, medication schedules, and medical records.
The Developer shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or death of a pet resulting from the use or misuse of the App.

3. User Responsibilities

Data Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring that the pet information (e.g., breeds, microchip numbers, birth dates) is correct.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
Prohibited Content: You may not upload photos or text that are illegal, offensive, or infringe upon the intellectual property of others.

4. Data Sync and Storage

Folyah utilizes encrypted cloud storage to sync your pet records. While we implement security measures, we do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or that data will never be lost. We recommend maintaining physical copies of critical medical documents.

5. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time via Settings > Delete Account. You acknowledge that this action is irreversible and will result in the immediate and permanent destruction of all associated pet records and data on our servers.

6. Changes to Service

The App is currently provided free of charge. The Developer reserves the right to modify the service, introduce fees, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
