Welcome to Folyah! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Folyah mobile application ("the App") provided by the independent developer ("the Developer"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using Folyah, you confirm that you can form a binding contract with the Developer and that you agree to comply with these Terms.
Folyah provides a platform for pet management, including but not limited to pet profile management, health data tracking, and scheduling.
Folyah IS NOT A VETERINARY SERVICE. All health-related data and schedules stored in the App are for informational and organizational purposes only.
The App does not provide professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
User Assumption of Risk: You are solely responsible for any decisions made regarding your pet's health. We are not liable for any injury or loss resulting from the use of the App.
You are responsible for the content you upload, including pet photos. You are strictly prohibited from uploading content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on third-party rights.
The current version of Folyah is provided free of charge. The Developer reserves the right to introduce paid features in the future.
You may delete your account and all associated data at any time through the "Delete Account" feature within the App settings.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States.
